TMZ says last month at a Lakers game a man claiming to be Lamar’s assistant gave Penny a phone number he said was Lamars. Apparently she texted back and forth with who she thought was lamar for a few days. Then Lamar asked her to loan his assistant a chuink of cash. The faithful laker fan gave more than 5-thsnd dollars to the bogus assistant. Fished in. then Lamar suddenly stopped sending text messages – penny finally got suspicious and called the cops.

Actor Jason Alexander has apologized for calling cricket a "gay game." He made the comment Friday on a late night talk show. Alexander has put out a statement to the gay rights group GLAAD saying he should know better, that he works and socializes with gay men and women every day and he's profoundly aware of the challenges his friends face.
Halle Berry can soon move to France anytime she wants. The custody evaluation has been written and submitted to the judge in the battle of 4-yr old Nahla between Halle and Gabriel Aubrey. A source says TMZ that the conclusion is clear – Halle is the better parent and that clears the way for her to move to Paris. Now the judge decides the custody arrangement later this month and whether Halle gets to move to Paris with the little girl. If she goes – Gabriel will almost certainly get visitation rights but when your broke and your kid is 56-hundred miles away – that makes it a little difficult.
Gwyneth Paltrow got into a little twitter trouble. She was describing a Jay Z and Kanye West concert in Paris. She decided to send a twitter pic of herself on stage with the rappers and the caption ‘n-word in Paris for real’. Well – several of her followers were not happy with the tweet. Later she tweeted – ‘hold up – it’s the title of the song’.
