We have comprised a list of some frequently asked questions and provide answers for you below to make the process as simple as possible.

Submission Questions:

Q: How to I submit my photo?
A: Log on to our website!  litefm.com, Keyword: Mini You will see all the details there!

Q: My picture is not being accepted, why?
A: Please make sure that the picture is no larger than 600x600, as well as under 2MB.  If your picture is larger than either of these dimensions our contest system will not accept it.

Q: Can I update/change a picture once I have already submitted one into the contest?
A: You can NOT change or switch a picture after it was submitted. Please be very careful with which picture you submit as it will be the photo used for the entire contest. 

Q: What do I do if I get a busy signal on the fax number?
A: Lots of submissions will be coming in so please be patient.  You can also scan in your form and email it to us at promotions@clearchannel.com.  Remember, you MUST have a hard signature (using a pen) on the form, no electronic signatures.

Q: I am getting "internal errors" when trying to submit my photo, why is that?
A: Most likely it is because you are using a non-supported browser, like Safari. Please use an updated version of Internet Explorer or Firefox.  

Q: Consent Form.  What’s this?
A: In order for any picture with a minor to be posted on our website, parent/legal guardian must fill-out the consent form and return it to the station.  There are two ways to get it back to us:  via e-mail or via fax. Both return methods are on the consent form.  Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download it for free.

Q: I can't download the parental consent form, can you help?
A: Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat or Reader installed on your computer. You can download it for free.

Q: What if I don't have Internet Explorer or Firefox?

A: Internet Explorer comes preinstalled on every Windows computer. If you are on a MAC, then you can download Firefox for free!

Voting Questions:
Q: Can I vote now/when can I vote?
A: You can only vote once per day.  To see when voting starts, refer to the contest page and rules.

Q:  Voting has started, however I still don't see my photo; what should I do?
A: Please make sure you submitted both the photo and the consent form.

Q: Can I update/change a picture once I have already submitted one into the contest?
A: Unfortunately, you can NOT change or switch a picture after it was submitted. Please be very careful with which picture you submit.

Q: If I have multiple children, can I enter each of them?
A: Yes, you may enter multiple children in the contest. Each must have his/her own Parental Consent Form, and each must be registered under a different email address. If you wish to enter them together, that is fine. If you do that, only one consent form is necessary, as it is considered only one entry.

Q: Can you tell me how many votes my child has received?
A: We are not allowed to give out the results to the parents. You will have to wait until the end of the voting period in order to find out who has won. Refer to the contest rules to see upcoming deadlines and important dates.  

Q: Can multiple people vote from the same computer?
A: Yes, everyone with a UNIQUE email address can vote. When voting from multiple email addresses from the same computer you will need to create a different USERNAME on YOUR system for each person trying to vote.

Q: What browser should I use?
A: We recommend using Internet Explorer or Firefox. Please don't use Chrome or Safari, as you may encounter problems during the process.
