I put together a breakfast sandwich this morning that was not only tasty, but it was also fast and about 238 calories. In a microwave steamer bag (best invention ever!!) I put in 2 egg whites, a handful of spinich and about 4 grape tomatoes. I microwaved it for 3 minutes and then folded it on to a light english muffin. Yum! How about another breakfast recipe?
