Whitney Houston's body is now in her hometown of Newark, New Jersey. It was flown there late late night on Tyler Perry’s private jet. Funeral arrangements have not been completed but I’m hearing there might be a big arena service happening by the end of the week at a place that seats 18-thsnd. 

An autopsy was done Sunday – but the coroner isn’t saying what officially killed her yet.  Preliminary toxicology results could be ready as soon as tomorrow – or in 2 weeks.  But the BHPD released a statement saying she was found underwater apparently unconscious and that she was pulled from the tub by members of her staff. 

LA Cops found 6 bottles of prescription drugs in her room including Xanax, Lorazepam and Valium – along with some beer and champagne.  Whitneys doctors will be questioned to see if she legally obtained a collection of prescription pills that may have killed her. And just like the MJ case – there could be another Dr on trial.   

Meanwhile – a bunch of fans showed up to the Hilton to pay respects to the late singer.  They had a little memorial set up with flowers and balloons.  One famous fan – Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy.  They say he got on one knee and dropped off a bouquet of yellow roses.  He shook hands with a few fans and talked about how much they loved the late singer.  When one fan tried to compliment him on his performance at the Grammys – Paul replied – ‘this is about Whitney – not me’.

Oprah issued a public apology yesterday – she sent a very controversial tweet Sunday night. Everyone was watching the Grammys and she wanted people to tune into her network so she tweeted – ‘everyone who can tune into OWN – especially if you have a Nielsen box’.  Besides sounding a little desperate, that’s a big no-no.  You can try to sway a Nielsen family’s TV viewing habits to boost your ratings.  No word if she will be fined.

Is Fergie joining the X Factor?  Well she is a big fan.  She was chatting up with our Mario Lopez and said she would jump at the chance to be a judge for the show.  She says ‘timing is everything because if I did that show I would want to give 110-percent to those contestants.  That’s what they deserve.’  Hmmmm – hey Simon – you listening?

The new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue has been revealed.  She is 19, 5-10, a model, born in Michigan raised in Florida – and wearing the smallest bikini ever.  She is Kate Upton and we have a pic of the cover on the gossip page now.  She is dating NY Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.  Inside the magazine are also star female athletes in nothing but layers of body paint.  An iPhone app gives users a 360-degree view of painted women.       

Police in Pasadena says the 2011 Playmate of the Year has asked for a temporary restraining order against Hugh Hefner's son following his arrest for alleged domestic violence at the apartment they share. Marston Hefner was arrested Sunday night following a domestic violence call. After her visit with police, Claire Sinclair was photographed with friends moving her things from the apartment.

Jennifer Lopez has stripped off everything for a steamy new campaign for her new perfume.  She posed legs crossed and arms strategically placed to protect her privates in an ad for her 18^th fragrance – glowing.  Wait – she has 18 fragrances?  Isn’t that overkill?  Anyway – this new scent hits stores in May.  And she looks amazing. 

Last week on X-Factor – 14 yr old Drew was let go – and that had some viewers very very upset.  But this is crazy.  Judges Nicole Sherzinger and Paula Abdul voted to send her home – and since then have been getting death threats on their facebook and twitter pages.  Really really mean stuff.  ‘I hope you die dumb (bleep)  – ‘you voted off the most talented person on your (bleeping) show’.   A Fox spokesperson says they have no comment on the report of death threats.  This week - Melanie, Rachel, Marcus and Chris perform Wednesday night. 

Giuliana Rancic is going to have a double mastectomy after all.  She underwent a double lumpectomy recently but they weren’t able to get all the cancer out.  She says it was important rfor her to get all the cancer out… she says "In the end, all it came down to just choosing to live and not looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life"   With another lumpectomy and radiation she would have to get mamograms every six months  - expecting the worst of course.  Also with that procedure she would also have to do anti-estrogen therapy which would push back her desire to have a baby. A more radical surgery means its practically gone and she could start a family sooner.  Watch her and Bill explain it all here. 

Madonna will perform at the SuperBowl.  The halftime show will feature the Material Girl in February at Luca Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.  NBC hosting the big game February 5th.  The Super Bowl halftime show is the most-watched musical event of the year – more than 162-million people watched the Black Eyed Peas last year in Dallas. 

Nothing says the holidays like Brooke Mueller getting in trouble in Aspen.  Charlie Sheens ex-wife busted for assault – she hit a woman at a bar and police found her at a nearby club – with cocaine on her.  She was arrested for assault and felony cocaine possession with intention to distribute.  She was released from jail after posting 11-thsnd dollars bail. 

Lindsay Lohan is ready for her close up.  Its been a few year since she’s been  on the Ellen show – but it looks like she is ready for a comeback.  Look for her December 15^th and PerezHilton says she will talk about all the legal troubles – and possibly her upcoming Playboy cover.  No word if she’ll have any creepy stories from the Morgue where she has been spending many many hours of probation.

Btw – im hearing the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother wants Lindsay to join the show.  A megabucks deal has been offered and I hear she is considering it.  Since Lindsay is on probation she cant leave the country – so the producers have flown out to LA several times to meet with her and her people.  But here’s the problem… they start shooting the show in January – but Lindsay will still be on her strict community service commitments at the morgue.  The execs are hoping to persuade the court sto let her travel overseas to film the show.  Really?  Good Luck!  Judge Saunter is pretty tough. 

This sounds so ridiculous!  Khloe Kardashian is getting sued by a transgender woman who claims she assaulted her outside a Hollywood nightclub – 2 years ago!!  Her name is Chantal Spears filed a lawsuit claiming she needed medical attention after Khloe violently attacked her – causing her serious injuries and severe mental anguish.  She says she saw Khloe and Lamar at the club and told Lamar he was too young to get married – and says that’s when Khloe attacked her.  An insider says this is totally bogus.  That it happened 2 years ago and Khloe did nothing.  That Chantal shoved Khloe first – and Khloe did nothing but push her away.  This sounds shady…

Christina Aguilera is ready to get married again.  She is apparently so desperate to walk down the aisle with her current bf Matthew Rutler – she is willing to pop the question herself.  Friends says she has been telling them that it totally happening, she makes jokes about the ‘proposal’ all the time in front of him – which makes his a little embarrassed.  Apparently he is saving his pennies, because he wants to buy her a ‘wow’ ring – but he doesn’t make much on a PA salary so its either gonna be a while – or Christina will just buy her own ring. 

Former Miss USA Rima Fakih busted for drunk driving – and then denying it on Twitter.  She was pulled over early Sat morning in Michigan while driving with a friend to another friends house.  The pageant winner blew a .20 which is more than twice the legal limit.  After spending most of the day in jail – sje was finally let go Sat night.  By then the media got a hold of the story – and she grabbed her phone and tweeted that it was not her and she wasn’t even in Michigan.  Her lawyer later released a statement saying ‘unfortunately – she was there and was arrested.  The tweet was deleted. 

 Sophia played the part of the Singing Camel at her Christmas Program this weekend at her preschool.  She rocked that mic!  you can tell that costume was very uncomfortable...  they didnt take her dress off nderneath - so the pretty dress was stuffed inside - very itchy!  Click Here for some pictures!

Listen up moms and dads before you pour that apple juice for kids this morning.  A new consumer report study found that some apple and grape juices out there have high amounts of arsenic and lead in them.  10% of the 88 juices tested had levels higher than what the FDA allows.  It could be enough to increase your childs risk of cancer and other chronic diseases.   Scary!!

Katy and Russell and now Mr & Mrs "Branded".  They got tattoos.  That's so Hollywood… There were some bogus divorce rumors floating around – not true.  And to prove it they marked their happy married love life with tattoos! She got a smiling peppermint on her ankle – he got the badge of his favorite soccer team. 

Katy is now done with her tour – she said last week she is taking a year off to enjoy her husband and start a family.

Its been two weeks since Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore announced their plans of divorce, but rumors are already pointing to a new romance for Demi – his name is Scott Vincent Borba.  She is 49... he is in his mid-30’s.  Her people say it's not true –that they are just friends.  Meanwhile, Ashton went home to Iowa and has been loving all the attention for the local girls.  The actor was home for Thanksgiving and was spotted drinking beer at a few Iowa bars – and that the girls kept coming up to him and hugging him.

The X Factor is now down to 5.  In a shocking double elimination last night, teenagers Astro and Drew were sent packing. Did anyone see that coming?  Next week it's down to Melanie, Rachel, Marcus, Chris and Josh signing their hearts out.  Lenny Kravitz and mary J Blige perform on next weeks elimination episode. 

This show is so unnecessary.  They have seriously run out of ideas in Hollywood.  5 couples are ready for a special Celebrity Wife Swap series.  The mom in 2 celebrity families will switch homes- but not bedrooms to see how the other star families raise their kids and cope with life in the spotlite.  Ready for some names?  Flavor Flav and Dee Snyder.  Tracy Gold amd Carnie Wilson. Niecy Nash and Tina Yothers.  Gary Busey and Pastor Ted Haggard.  The show premieres January 3rd on ABC. 

Live with Kelly – is going a little musical this month.  Some musicians are in line to cohost with Kelly Ripa.  On December 7, 8 and 9th – Josh Groban will fill the spot.  Kevin Jonas will also host Dec 13 and Michael Buble will share the stage with Kelly on Dec 15 and 16th.

Why does Scarlett Johannson despise Blake Lively?  Its all about a boy.  Namely, her ex hubby Ryan Reynolds.  Even though their marriage ended a year ago – insiders claim Scarlett is upset that he is not under her spell anymore.  Sources say Ryan was so in love with Scar that he would still have taken her back.  But her dating Sean Penn right after their divorce really hurt him.  So has moved on.  And I hear Ryan and Blake are getting closer and more serious now.

Goodbye Nancy Grace.  She was finally let go from DWTS last night.  She had the lowest judges scores on Monday's show.  And on last night's results show – the dancers paid homage to the late King of Pop in a really cool montage from the MJ Immortal World Tour.  Andrea Bocelli also performed... so I was in heaven!

Rapper Heavy D has died at a hospital in LA after collapsing outside of his condo in Beverly Hills. The call said a man was having trouble breathing. The rapper's real name was Dwight Arrington Meyers. He was only 44. He was the leader of the hip-hop trio Heavy D & the Boyz.  He did the theme to In Living Color – was on Jam with MJ and Alright with Janet Jackson.  Now that we found love what are we gonna do… with it.

We didn’t get to hear him speak on the stand – but this Friday, we can watch Dr. Conrad Murray explain himself.  MSNBC will air a documentary about Michael Jackson's doctor who was convicted Monday of involuntary manslaughter.  The interview for Michael Jackson and The Doctor: A Fatal Friendship was conducted in November 2009, prior to Murray being charged.  But the cameras kept rolling throughout the whole trial.  It’s on Friday night – and will repeat on Sunday.  And yes – he got paid for it.

The F Bomb is a big no-no.  And I don’t mean that one.  Brett Ratner resigned as producer of next year's Academy Awards because he used a gay slur at a screening of his latest movie – Tower Heist over the weekend.  On Monday, he issued an apology and on Tuesday he resigned from the Academy.   So what does that mean for Eddie Murphy?  The actor comedian is on deck to host the Oscars – because of Brett.  Eddie is also in the movie Tower Heist.

Wait … the Duggars are having baby #20 – because they didn’t want to end in an odd number?  Seriously!  The entire family was on The Today Show and announced that 45 year old Michelle was already 3 1/2 months pregnant.  The other 19 kids actually thought their dad was joking when he broke the news to the family.  They lined the family up on the staircase for a photo – and just before the clicked the camera, dad Jim Bob says ‘Smile, Moms gonna have another baby!”  now that’s the Christmas card pic to see.  Jim Bob told The Today Show "we didn’t want to stop on an odd number"

Kelly Ripa just signed a 5-year deal to cohost her talkshow on ABC.  Regis Philbin is leaving next week. Kelly’s deal goes through 2017.  The search for the new co-host has been underway for months – Ryan Seacrest, Jeff Probst, Nick Lachey and Bravos Andy Cohen are some of the names I’m hearing.  Nothing official yet

Mariah Carey was on The Rosie Show on OWN this week.  And she looked amazing!!!  She entered on a crescent moon wearing a tight black mini and lots of cleavage thru her leather jacket.  She says she lost 70-lbs while on a strict diet and exercise plan.  Guuuurl… gimme your secret!  Sophia is 4 and Im still working on those pregnancy pounds!   Haha.  Check her out on the cover of US Weekly.  Gorgeous!

Dakota Fanning is getting a lot of drama for her latest project.  she posed for a magazine ad for Marc Jacobs Oh Lola perfume.  She is wearing a sweet flowery printed dress, pink background… but the bottle of perfume is right between her legs.  The ad has been banned in the UK – officials say the leangth of her dress, her legs and position of the perfume bottle – was just wrong on so many levels.  

Now that director Brett Ratner is out of the mix – Eddie Murphy will not host the 84th Academy Awards.  The president of the Oscars says he gets it – “I appreciate how Eddie feels about losing his creative partner Brett’  Ratner resigned – or was fired – depends on who you talk to – after he made a gay slur at a press conference for his movie Tower Heist – which stars Eddie Murphy.  The Oscars are scheduled Feb 26th 2012 – hello Billy Crystal – howz your schedule looking?

Its so over!  David Arquette says his marriage to Courteney Cox is definitely over.  Its so over – he says he is dating Entertainment Tonight reporter Christina McLarty and he is in love.  When he broke it to Court – he says they both cried.

And my spies on the inside say Kim Kardashian is not getting back together with Kris Humphries.  The divorce is full steam ahead – despite the 4 hour face-to-face meeting with their pastor last weekend.

Well, that took no time at all!  I hear Lauren Conrad just ended her little fling with Derek Hough and she is already on the arm of ano0ther hottie.  Chace Crawford.  Yes – the cutie from Gossip Girl.  These two were seen flirting at a club in LA and then later smooching at after hours house party.

The final 11 performers on The X Factor hit the stage with songs from movie soundtracks last night. My prediction... Astro, Drew and Melanie Amaro are all safe. That's a given. They were amazing last night. The X Factor loses another act tonight on FOX – Willow Smith and Jessie J perform. 

So word on the street – Kanye and Kim K hooked up before she walked down the aisle with Kris.  Kanye Wests ex-girlfriend Amber Rose hinted that the singer and Kimmy got together when he was filming a cameo on their show Kourtney and Kim take New York.  it happened back in the summer of 2010.  So way before Kris Humphries… but not by much.  They started dating in December. Married in August.  Separated in October. 

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are showing off their new baby girl. Meet Hattie Margaret!  Tori had a c-section scheduled on Oct 16th – but Hattie couldn’t wait. Tori says her water broke on the 10th in the middle of the night.  They rushed to hospital and had no idea what they were having – Tori says she was 100% sure they were having a boy.  Wrong!  Congrats to Tori, Dean, Liam and Stella.

Mel Gibson needs to wrap it up. If you know what I mean!  I’m hearing that he may have another baby on the way from another brunette he dated briefly this past summer.  Her name is Laura Bellizzi – she was on a failed VH1 show in 2010.  (Secrets of Aspen?).  Well, she is telling her friends that she is pregnant with Mel's baby.  But, she doesn’t want to go public with the news.  Mel’s people say its "physically impossible" for the 55 year-old to father a baby.  Time and a test will tell that soon. Ashton Kutcher – think before you tweet!  Especially when it comes to child sex abuse charges.  He jumped on twitter yesterday and said ‘how could you fire Jo Pa?  As a hawkeye I find it in poor taste’.  Jo Pa is Joe Paterno the former head coach of Penn State.  Well –Kutcher's gazillion followers blasted him – so angry that he was supporting someone who hid the child rape scandal for so many years. Here’s the twist – Ashton and Demi Moore have campaigned against child sex trafficing.  Ashton finally did some research on the scandal and he retweeted ‘fully recant previous tweet.  Didn’t have full story’.  a few more apologies .. then ‘I will stop tweeting until I find a way to properly manage this feed.  I feel awful about this error.  Wont happen again.’
