Lindsay Lohan is required to be in a California court later today, but there's a chance she may be a no-show. According to TMZ, Lindsay’s lawyer Mark Heller notified the judge that Lindsay was sick and coudln't fly from New York to Los Angeles. A Park Avenue doctor wrote a letter on Lindsay’s behalf claiming she had an upper respiratory infection. But the entire excuse was suspect, especially since Lindsay was photographed looking pretty healthy as she shopped in SoHo on Saturday, the same day the doctor allegedly examined her. And after hearing that a warrant could be issued for her arrest if she doesn't attend the hearing, Lindsay was suddenly feeling better, because TMZ says she and her mother Dina quickly booked a flight to Los Angeles last night. In addition, Lindsay has reportedly been begging her old lawyer Shawn Holley to take her back, but Holley won't change her mind.

The first picture of Matthew McConaughey’s new son Livingston has hit the internet. The photo shows the tot being cradled by his mom Camila Alves during an outing with the family Sunday. Livingston, who was born December 28th, is the couple’s third child. They are already parents to 4-year-old Levi and 3-year-old Vida.

Katy Perry recently undressed, err, unveiled her new wax figure (emphasis on figure), which will be prominently on display at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas. It may be his life for over 30 years, but Jon Bon Jovi says he still has butterflies before hitting the stage. The Bon Jovi frontman and his band are getting ready to kick off their Because We Can world tour on February 9 but he recently told UK’s Express, “It’s two weeks away now and you have those same old neuroses – a voice in one earing saying ‘You can do it’ and a voice in the other ear saying ‘No you can’t.’”
