OK... Here are

8 popular Halloween Candies, and How Much Exercise it Takes to Burn Them Off..!!

Before you riffle through your kid's Halloween candy, here's something to think about:  If you have just one fun sized pack of Skittles, you'd have to run for about five minutes to burn off the calories.  And you KNOW you'll eat more than that :-)

Here are some other popular Halloween candies, and how much you'll have to exercise if you just have a FEW of them.

#1.)  Peanut M&Ms.  One fun size package of them has about 90 calories, which equals about 8 minutes of running, 6 minutes of swimming, 16 minutes on a bike, or 11 minutes lifting weights.

#2.)  Tootsie Rolls.  Five of them equal about 9 minutes of running, 8 minutes of swimming, or 20 minutes on a bike.

#3.)  Three Musketeers.  If you have two fun sized bars, that's 10 minutes of running, or about 22 minutes on a bike.

#4.)  Starburst.  Eight of them have 160 calories, or around 12 minutes of running, or 28 minutes on a bike.

Or if you have just TWO fun sized Snickers, Twix, Almond Joys, or Mounds bars, it's about the same.

#5.)  Butterfingers.  Two of the small ones pack about 170 calories, which would equal a 13-minute jog, a 12-minute swim, 30 minutes on a bike, or 20 minutes lifting weights.

#6.)  Hershey's Kisses.  If you have 10, that's over 200 calories and 12 grams of fat . . . or 16 minutes of running, 14 minutes of swimming, or 35 minutes on a bike.

#7.)  Kit Kats.  Two fun sized bars have 210 calories and 11 grams of fat, which equals about 16 minutes on a treadmill, or 37 minutes on bike.

A Halloween-sized bag of Sour Patch Kids also has about 210 calories.

#8.)  Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.  If you have five of the MINI ones, that's about 220 calories, which means a 17-minute jog, a 15-minute swim, 39 minutes on a bike, or 26 minutes lifting weights.

How Much Candy Would It Take To Fill Up a Pillowcase?

If your kid is SO optimistic about his trick-or-treating haul tonight that he goes out with a PILLOWCASE, don't worry.  He's not going to be able to fill it up..

According to the website MyScienceProject.org, it would take approximately 1,690 pieces of candy to fill up a pillowcase.  And it would weigh about 48 pounds.

The average kid gets 91 pieces of candy trick-or-treating . . . so your kid probably isn't going to beat that by 1,857% and get 1,690 pieces.
